Kent Simmons, President of Commercial Door Systems was looking for a good way to systemize his team’s workflow around inventory, producing quotations, converting quotes to orders, orders to invoices and posting these invoices to their Quickbooks Enterprise accounting system.
After having earlier tried unsuccessfully to implement a very expensive and complicated system, CDS wanted a system that was as close as possible to the way they did business. According to the CDS team the Envision Customer Order system is exactly what they needed.
INTERBAY BUILDING SERVICES, INC.
InterBay Building Services is a Florida-based General and Waterproofing contractor that needed to have their payroll time entered on a daily basis. President Tom Ferguson needed visibility into his team’s activities and had previously depended on several flavors of hand-written paper timesheets that were usually received just in time to run weekly payroll.
With Interbay’s adoption of the Envision Time system they now enjoy daily reporting of time by crew and by job on a timely basis. Time can then be reviewed and approval before posting to their Sage 100 Contractor accounting system.
